  If I didn't have to.give one star I wouldn't. This place is a joke,we have been going back and forth with lowes.in Catskill for.over two months now to get a tractor with plow and other attachments. Fast forward to the delivery date which was.pushed back because they could not figure out how to attach a plow to a tractor that they sell.... really. Finally get the delivery after much stress and talking with managment. It gets delivered with parts falling off of it and the battery not connected( they say it's the customers responsibility to connect it) no problem but it you also forgot to send the bolts to connect the battery terminals. Again back and.forth between customer service and managers. The bolts finally arrive today 2-2-2018........ the battery on a brand new tractor is dead. Now I have to bring the battery back to Lowes for a replacement. How.do you know it is running and functioning properly if you sent a tractor with a dead battery. Did you ever start it to make sure that it works??? After all the stress and b.s. in dealing with this place I will never buy anything from Lowes again. Also had home improvements done about 2 years ago to the tune of almost 20k. They have taken all the money they will get from me.i will be filing a complaint with the better business Bureau and possibly having my attorney get involved with the shady business practices at this place. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE.

  A majority of employees act like you're bothering them when you ask for assistance. It's even worse if you ask them to load something you purchased. Such as $4k worth of material. Some are friendly and knowledgeable, but most aren't. It's hard to find an employee in the store, most can be found sitting around on their phones.
